When you start a new role, many things go through your head as an incoming team member, such as what do I wear? Where is the coffee machine? What will my commute be like? Will my coworkers want to see pictures of my dog?

One of the ways our clients like to make their new team members feel welcome and ease those first-day jitters is through new hire kits. Lennox Co. works with our clients to understand their mission and vision, and then sources products that reflect that.

To make deploying new hire kits even more convenient, each of our clients has their new hire kits on our Client Portal, where sending them to new team members is as simple as “add to cart” and “checkout”. Take a look at some of our clients’ curated new hire kits!

When LiveFront came to Lennox, their goal was to deepen their employee experience. They shared their team member statistics with us, and we were blown away! Knowing that fostering growth is important, we partnered to source a unique new hire gift! Enter Lively Root: a desktop plant that LiveFront team members will grow as they grow within the company.

Placing an order through the Lennox Co. Client Portal, the LiveFront HR team can select from three different plant types, add a custom note, and then Lennox will ship directly to their new team member’s doorstep. We loved this unique approach to gifting!
